Joe's Retirement Bash

Joe's last day or work was today. Thirty-six years at XYZ Corporation and he lived to tell about it. Joe's time at XYZ saw him perform many different jobs. Most recently he was in the maintenance department cleaning up after the numerous lazy slobs who are also employed, but, unfortunately, not yet retired themselves

We decided to throw him a little party at lunch time with some words from the big Chief and a nice cake. I was going to document the entire affair with my camera, but forgot it at home. Luckily, Grandma brought it to me, but after the party had ended. I still managed to get a few shots of some of Joe's favorite items from work

Joe was a good man; a little on the short side, but a good man nonetheless. He enjoyed calling me a "fucker" and a "bitch", but I always knew he was kidding---most of the time. Now that he's gone I can say without reservation that he is bald.

I will miss Joe and hope he enjoys his retirement.
